These guys had they're first ever reunion after they parted ways in 1987. It's been thirty years and a lot of things have changed. To complete the gathering, the students who organized the event also invited their teachers who are now all retired. While a big chunk of the batch was not present, those who made it to the engagement had a meaningful reunion with friends of old. To add flavor to the fun and great food, a photo booth rental was put in place. Here are sample selections from the party.
Once they were kids too. Thirty years after, they're all grown men and women of society. In pink is their class valedictorian who's still on top of her "class", but now as a banker.
Teachers are like second moms. It was surely amazing for them to see what their students have become three decades after. The students offered their teachers gifts and raffle items they've won during the program in honor of the minds that helped shape their character and build their knowledge of the world.
The program was simple, a few games to refresh the memories, some raffle draws, great food from Microtel, and a dance number from select participants. Of course in this digital age, everybody's got a camera from either their tablets or their phones and so the picture taking never stopped.
While the guests have been having endless photo-snappin' fun with their hand-held gadgets, we offered lab-grade prints as mementos of the event. The photo booth setup was simple and ready for great flickapalooza enjoyment. Equipped with studio-grade lighting, party hats, props, and shout-out boards, the happiness never stopped for the night.
For VABES batch '87, the reunion's prints are available here.
