Good Neighbors Philippines, a non-profit organization who campaigns for children's rights kicked-off the annual Children's Month (iLike) at the Liwasang Aurora in Quezon Memorial Circle. iLike 2016 was about advocating the right of every child to survival, protection, participation, and development.
As it's a good practice to exercise every morning and get the blood pumping early on in the day, celebrity Regine Tolentino led a group of Zumba enthusiasts to some fun morning dancin'. There were several booths in place where kids can learn-by-doing at no cost at all. The face painting section was also a hit. At mid-day, a forum was held about the lowering of the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility and how the local community can help petition this proposal in the Congress. Later in the night a variety show kept everyone entertained with performances from The Voice Kids’ winner Elha Nympha and the Child Rights Club (CRC).
Be it that all these were fun and exciting activities but surely any celebration will enjoy the simple pleasures of some really fun picture taking. This is where Flickapalooza’s photo booth rental comes in. Kids, families, volunteers, guests sure had a terrific flickapalooza fun!
