Elliot & Dada took the chance at the last consecutive arrangement of dates in, probably, this lifetime - 12-13-14, Unless you're a blood sucking vampire you most likely won't make it on the next run for the mm-dd-yy sequence format which will be due after just a bit shy of a century from now. But that's okay, there are other similarly fun dates available like January 2, 2034, but that's 20 years from now to grab the 1-2-34 date.
Apologies for the segue but we think the date is siginificant in that it is easy to remember and the groom will have no excuse to forget their anniversary ;-) Also, some say that the number 13 is not a good omen and the 13th day may have some hex on it... but what the heck is that hex, the presence of the Almighty God in that Christian wedding to join the hearts of Elliot and Dada devoured all odds even if many untoward things happened such as moderate to heavy rains gracing the entire garden setup at Ilustrado in Intramuros Manila; we had to move around thrice to setup the visual paraphernalia in three different areas; our photobooth printer bugged down, can you believe that!? There could be other unfortunate things that happened in the middle of the temporary chaos we may not be aware of but the bottomline is it was still a fun day, and a great one, of course with families and friends in one lovely gathering. The wedding of Elliot and Dada was a spectacular day, despite the rains, and all other odds, the couple managed to get through with the help of everyone involved in making that big day really memorable. And, as the pastor in his message said (not in verbatim though), as long as Christ is in the center of the relationship, they can weather any storm... and they definitely got through the first one with bright flying colors.
Here's some of the select memories we managed to preserve through the photo booth setup.
